Diploma in Business Administration(DBA)
Introduction
The Diploma in Business Administration provides a comprehensive introduction to the major areas of business management. The programme has been designed to satisfy the specifications of business administration with regard to the generic knowledge and requirements needed by players in business management services at the lower levels. The business sector is growing and there is a growing gap in the manpower requirements at such levels. Therefore, students who successfully complete this Diploma Programme will have a good understanding of business administration.
Admission Requirements
- Direct Entry
- Applicant must have passed Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes.
- Must have passed Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least 1 principal pass and 2 subsidiary passes obtained in a single sitting.
- Equivalent qualifications may be considered where recognised by NCHE.
- Certificate Holders Scheme
- Applicant must hold a relevant Certificate (e.g., in business studies, commerce, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Must have obtained a pass at O-level Mathematics.
