Bachelors of Procurement and Supply Chain Management
Introduction
This program was approved by Senate in 2002 as a stand-alone degree programme. The BPSM program was last reviewed in 2007 and is now under review following recommendations by the Academic Programme Restructuring Committee of Senate. The review considers merging it with the Bachelor of Transport and Logistics Management (BTLM), employers’ skill demands, and benchmarking with similar programs at other universities. The program runs both as Day and Evening to accommodate diverse student needs.
Admission Requirements
- Admission into the first year is through any of the following avenues:
Direct Entry – UACE with at least two principal passes and five passes at UCE.
Diploma Holders Scheme – Recognized Diploma in a relevant field.
Degree Holders Scheme – Recognized degree in a related discipline.
Professional Qualifications – Recognized certifications in procurement, logistics, or business management.
Mature Age Scheme – Candidates aged 25 years and above who have passed the MUBS mature age entry exams.
