Coaching and Mentorships
- Served as a Coach for the African Leadership Academy’s 2025 Unity Challenge, where the team I mentored secured second place for their innovative solution developed for Sava Africa.
- Coached the 2024 Solver Class, supporting participants in developing and implementing solutions within our community as part of the Solve Challenge.
Work and Impact in Disability Inclusion and Equity
- a) Lobbied the Ministry of Education and Sports for the increase of Education Slots for Persons with Disabilities on Affirmative Action from 64 to 320 at the Public Universities in Uganda. https://www.newvision.co.ug/category/news/govt-lays-down-plan-for-more-students-with-di-127750
- b) Pioneered the establishment of the Disability Resource and Learning Centre at MUBS and became its first director
- c) Worked with the management of MUBS to introduce a MUBS Scholarship scheme for Persons with Disabilities and so far, 13 people have benefited.
- d) Lobbied for the employment of Persons with Disabilities at MUBS and so far we have, 40 staff with disabilities have been employed at MUBS, complete with their guides and sign language interpreters.
- e) Lobbied for the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in the MTN Uganda and MTN Foundation programs and activities; MTN Customer Advisors, the MTN graduate program and the MTN Work readiness program.
