#MUBSAIMC26 kicked off with opening remarks from the Conference Chair, Assoc. Prof. Josua Mugambwa, highlighting the scale and diversity of this year’s conference. A total of 192 submissions were received, with 120 papers accepted, alongside five poster presentations, a doctoral colloquium, keynote sessions, expert panels, parallel sessions and a business forum. The range of sessions reflects the conference’s commitment to connecting academic research with practical challenges and opportunities across the continent.
