Graduates into Employment Programme at the MUBS Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Incubation Centre (EIIC) is giving university finalists practical learning and preparation for the world of work.
The programme is designed to give participants the knowledge, skills and mindset needed to successfully transition from university to employment. The finalists are gaining valuable insights into job searching, workplace resilience, professional excellence, presentation skills, personal branding, work ethics and financial planning through a series of interactive sessions.
The sessions are led by seasoned industry practitioners and professionals who are equiping participants with practical knowledge and skills to improve their employability and prepare them for the demands of today’s competitive job market. The program highlights the significance of active participation, self-development and career readiness as the crucial elements for professional success.
The programme was formally opened by the Director Assoc. Prof. Diana Ntamu who encouraged the participants to take full advantage of the opportunity by being active in the learning process. She stressed the importance of continuous learning, professionalism and self-development as they prepare to embark on their career journeys.
The Graduates into Employment Programme is a clear sign of MUBS-EIIC’s commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry by equipping graduates with the skills and confidence to excel in the workplace. This type of initiative continues to help students to build successful and sustainable careers, and the Centre is proud to be part of this.
