On behalf of the global fraternity of MUBS Alumni Mr.Patrick O. Ezaga joined in celebrating students for the important milestone in their academic and career journey and extended their hearty congratulations to all the graduands of 2026 cohort.
He noted how life in general is characterized by a series of graduations from one stage to another and that the graduation ceremony is one such occasion during which students formally graduate to the alumni community and welcomed the graduands on board. He stated the theme for this year’s ceremony which is ‘’Thriving in the 21st century workplace innovation and sustainability’’ which was very aptly chosen and epitomizes the nature of the work workplace you are stepping into in order to keep in tandem with pace of advancements orchestrated by rapid 21st century innovations, especially in the information technology space, it is imperative that you embrace adaptability as a key competence.
He noted that organizations and individuals alike have shelved the traditional rigidities of the
workplace in favour of flexibility and adaptation to the everchanging dynamics and encouraged graduands to follow suit and be as adaptable to situations as they can if they are to remain relevant and sustainable in the workplace.
He appreciated the management and staff of MUBS and all stakeholders who contributed to the success of the graduands and in a special way he thanked the parents, guardians and benefactors of the graduands for their tireless support indicating that the graduation is a testament that their efforts were not in vain.
