MUBS Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Incubation Centre hosts a delegation of students from Thomas More University for a bootcamp

The bootcamp is designed to equip students with hands on skills for generating innovative concepts that can be refined and transformed into viable, scalable enterprises. Through collaborative sessions and applied learning, participants explored how creativity, problem-solving, and market awareness can translate into sustainable business solutions.

While addressing the students, Prof. Muhwezi emphasized the importance of grounding innovation in real community needs. He encouraged participants to develop solutions that touch local communities, underscoring that as a Business School it is our responsibility to demonstrate that sustainable ventures can be built anywhere.

He further noted that a thriving money economy begins with practical, community-centered ideas, reinforcing the Centre’s commitment to nurturing entrepreneurs who drive inclusive growth and local impact.

This engagement reflects the Centre’s ongoing mission at Makerere University Business School to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and incubation through global collaboration and experiential learning
