NOTICE OF PHYSICAL REGISTRATION FOR MAKERERE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AT MUBS MAIN CAMPUS

Makerere University Business School (MUBS) wishes to inform all Makerere University students studying at MUBS Main Campus that physical registration will take place from 8th to 15th June 2026 at the New Building, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

All students are required to present themselves for physical registration and verification of their academic and personal records. Students should report to the registration venue with the following documents:

Requirements for Physical Registration

1. Original Admission Letter.
2. Original Birth Certificate.
3. Original UCE Certificate/Result Slip.
4. Original UACE Certificate/Result Slip.
5. Original Academic Transcript(s) and Certificate(s) for diploma or degree entrants, where applicable.
6. Former School Identity Card.
7. Proof of payment of tuition and functional fees.
8. Recent passport-size photographs.
9. Photocopies of all academic documents.
10. Any other supporting documents as may be required by the University.

Students are advised to ensure that all documents are original, valid, and readily available for verification. Failure to complete physical registration within the stipulated period may affect access to university services and academic records.

All concerned students are encouraged to comply with this requirement and observe the registration schedule.
