This is to inform you that the admission letters for those admitted on government sponsorship for the academic year 2025/2026 intake are being issued out from your respective Faculties. In order for one to be issued with the admission letter, he/she should present his/her A ‘level identity card of the previous School.

Please be informed that:

The admission letters for those admitted through district quota, diploma holder’s scheme, and those who appealed have not yet been received from Makerere University and will be issued when received.

Admission letters for those admitted under the disability scheme will be issued from Makerere University, Senate Building, Level 3 in Committee Room 1.

Issuance of admission letters is free of charge and cases of soliciting for a fee should be reported to the School Registrar’s Office on telephone number +256-414-338140.
