Master of Science in Leadership and Governance

The Masters in Leadership and Governance (MLDG) program addresses the critical need for skilled individuals capable of navigating the complex challenges facing global development, particularly in Africa. With a focus on political, social, and economic dimensions, the program recognizes the multifaceted nature of development goals and emphasizes the integral roles of effective leadership and governance. Acknowledging the scarcity of dedicated leaders in Africa’s public, non-profit, and private sectors, the MLDG program seeks to bridge the knowledge and skills gap. The program’s comprehensive curriculum is designed to produce graduates capable of influencing policy, catalyzing cultural and systemic transformations, and contributing to sustainable development in Africa and beyond.
