Bridget Namubiru

Lecturer in the Department of Leadership and Governance, Faculty of Management, at Makerere University Business School (MUBS). Her teaching and research interests include corporate governance, leadership and Interpersonal skills, Strategic leadership, diversity management, business sustainability, and business management.

She has contributed to transformational research projects funded by Makerere University Research and Innovation Fund (Mak-RIF), reflecting her commitment to producing research that informs policy, strengthens institutions, and addresses contemporary societal and organizational challenges. She is an alumnus of the Oak Seed Executive Leadership program officiated by the Institute for National Leadership Transformation.

She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management at Moi University, Kenya. Through her teaching, research, and academic engagement, she is dedicated to advancing knowledge, promoting ethical and sustainable leadership practices, and contributing to the development of effective leaders and resilient organizations.
