Wilson Wiliams Mutumba is pursuing a PhD in Public Administration at (UNISA), holds a Msc in Leadership & Governance, and Bachelors of Business Administration both at Makerere University. He is a lecturer in the department of Leadership & Governance, Faculty of Management at Makerere University Business school. He is Leadership and Governance academician with close to two decades of university teaching experience. He is widely recognised for his scholarly contributions to the field of Public Administration, Ethical behaviour, Business ethics, Student Leadership and Humanistic Management Practices, Health and Business Intersections, Service quality, Corporate social responsibility, and corporate governance for Sustainable Development. He has published 4 book chapters, and numerous articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals. He has engaged in consultancy, and is a grant winner of Parish Development Model project under the MakRIF Round 4, 2022/23.
