STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN DEVELOPING COUNTRY CONTEXTS
At the community level, I have identified myself with several groups at the base of the pyramid; these include but not limited to, setting up a community library for free services within my community, annually hosting school children in the neighborhood for a reading week; career guidance through school visits and taking ‘professorship’ to the community through training of local traders and entrepreneurs. Iam a holder of numerous leadership posts in the catholic church at all levels from local to international. Iam a holder of Kabalega medal, a high ranked recognition in service of Bunyoro Kitara kingdom. I sit on a number of boards ate corporate, national and regional levels.
